Food Bank The Food Bank Ministry at Ocean Hills Church exists to take care of those in the local community both spiritually and practically. We first want to share the love of Christ by encouraging and caring for those who come as well as spreading the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Practically we are here to help those in need by distributing food and daily necessities. We want to supplement the food supplies of low-income families and others with financial difficulties. We offer a pre packed box of non-perishable foods that contain essentials to help a family get by.

The food program operates on the donations received from the Ocean Hills congregation and from local retailers. We purchase most of the food from the Second Harvest Food Bank located in Orange.

There are several areas of opportunity to serve in this ministry ranging from, helping pack boxes Thursday mornings at 9 am, or Helping to share the gospel on thursdays from 10 in either spanish or english. If you are interested in reaching out to our community through this ministry, contact us.
